The hotel location is great, close to activities and a mountain trail. The suites are big and clean, with sports grounds nearby. The breakfast offers a wide range of food options. There are nice restaurants around and a lovely atmosphere for kids.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right on the ski slope. It was so convenient, especially when traveling with small kids. The service was excellent and the staff made me feel very welcome. The restaurant had a wide range of delicious food, and I loved the fact that I had my own dedicated table for dinner and breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location of the hotel is perfect for skiing enthusiasts. It is situated right at the central slope, making it easy to access from the hotel. Guests have the opportunity to have a 'warm-up' on an easy slope before delving into the rough ones. the restaurant service is exceptional and the breakfast buffet is filled with a variety of dishes. the rooms are cozy and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. Families can enjoy different facilities like the Kidsclub, Spa, and ski room.

Some guests have complained about the ski instruction services.

During our New Year's stay, we had a great time. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was perfect, close to all important points of interest. We enjoyed the convenience of the ski room and the fact that the skiing slopes were just across the street. The spa area was enjoyable after a long day of skiing.

The buffet area was always crowded and noisy during dinner and the selection was not that great. The restaurant staff could have been more attentive during the meals.

The ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes was amazing, and we were able to rent equipment easily. The hot tub was relaxing and offered a nice view of the mountains. Additionally, the price was reasonable for the location.

Our experience with the staff was unprofessional. We felt ignored and unattended to, and they didn't answer our questions properly. The breakfast was barely enjoyable, lacking variety and freshness. All in all, we were quite disappointed with our stay.

We loved the central slope location; it was so convenient for us as we were traveling with small kids.
